Organoleptic characteristics: When it is young, the perfume is intense and very vinous, with the ageing, it evolves spicy notes with complex ethereal nuances. The perfume is of strong wine and characteristic which develops in spice and tobacco fragrances. The taste is dry, well bodied, with acidity that is sometimes distinct and that, after an adequate period of ageing, becomes round andharmonic. 感官特徵:初級葡萄酒的芳香是具有十足葡萄酒特性的,非常濃郁。經過陳年以後,在空氣中會有一些細微差別,它代入了一些辛辣氣息。這款葡萄酒混入了辛辣及煙草的味道,個性獨特且濃郁。口感幹型、濃厚,帶有獨特的酸度,在陳年之後變得華潤和諧。
Wine-making process: The grapes are previously separated from the grape stalks with special equipments and then pressed; the product is later piped into steel containers where the fermentation can take place at about 26° C. After the tumultuous fermentation that can last about
one week, the product continues its evolution with a lighter fermentation until the sugar is completely fermented. 葡萄酒釀造過程:預先就會用特殊的機器將葡萄與葡萄莖稈分離,然後輕輕擠壓;將其導入到鋼制容器,以26攝氏度進行發酵。這樣將其強烈地發酵一周後,可採用相對柔和方式,使糖分充分得到發酵 。
Agening: Blend obtained from 3 different ageing: 1/3 aged in big oak cask and 1/3 aged in barriques – 1/3 aged in steel container. Duration - 18 months, the agening in wood allows the transformation to a very soft wine. The part in steel container preserves the freshness and fruity taste which is a main characteristic of this wine 陳年:葡萄酒由三種不同的陳年方式混合而成: 1/3是在大橡木中,1/3是在小像木桶,另外 1/3放在鋼容器內。歷時——18個月後,木桶中陳年的葡萄酒變成了一款十分柔軟的葡萄酒。
陳年在鋼容器內的葡萄酒保留了原來水果的新鮮味,這也是這款葡萄酒最主要的一個特色。
